Menstrual cup made of 100% Platinum silicone - non-porous, hypoallergenic and easy-to-clean material. The cup is a substitute for a tampon during menstruation, with blood collecting in the cup. It does not absorb fluids and therefore does not affect the vaginal environment. It is the most modern and hygienic product for ladies.
The menstrual cup can be used by women of any age. For women who have not given birth or are under 29 years of age, S size is recommended, and for those over 29 or who have given birth - L size. The latter is also suitable in case of a more heavy menstrual cycle.
Empty the cup 2 to 5 times a day. The cup can be worn for up to 12 hours.
Why use Eve:
- No allergies; does not cause vaginal or urinary inflammation
- No harmful effect on vaginal health
- Practical for sports, night time, daytime or travel use.
How to fit your Eve cup?
Before first use, we recommend you sterilise it - you can put it in boiling water for a few minutes or use another sterilisation solution. Always apply with clean hands, sitting, crouching, kneeling, or standing in a relaxed position - just choose the most comfortable position for you. For easier insertion, you can wet the cup with water or with a very small amount of lubricant. For more easily adopted, see the instructions included in the product.
1. For Placement, shrink and fold the sides of the cup in half. After inserting it into the vagina, run a finger around the sides of the cup to make sure it fits snugly
2. Fold it in half lengthwise.
3. Place the vaginal cup at an angle pointing backwards, keeping in mind that the position should be lower than that of the tampon.
Make sure your hands are clean before removing it. In the desired position, relax and with the help of contractions of the vaginal muscles move slowly and carefully out. Use your finger to make sure that the frame easily separates from the vaginal walls. Flush the contents down the toilet. Wash the cup with neutral soap and water. Dry with clean paper and place in a storage bag.
Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours at most!
If the take-out handle is too long, you can cut a little off it for more comfort.
We recommend that you practice insertion when you are not menstruating. Inserting the menstrual cup is no more difficult than inserting a tampon.
At its lower end, there is a silicone handle through which you can easily remove it.
Cleaning is mandatory before and after use, and you can sterilise it for greater security against contamination.
You can use it even when you have an IUD or a diaphragm.
For easier insertion, you can use a very small amount of water-based lubricant.
The product is extremely hygienic and is recommended for women who suffer from allergies to tampons and latex.
